Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all orders placed with Wow Cards (wowcards.com.au). This site is operated by Wow Cards, a division of PR Design (Goodman Family Trust), ABN 48 761 437 538. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Quotes and Prices
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
- The minimum order is 250 Plastic Cards or Plastic Keytags.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days. Special features (for example Magnetic Stripes, Foil, Embossed Numbers, Scratch-Off Panels) are quoted per job.
Payment
- Orders are paid in full before production, by card through our secure Stripe checkout or by bank transfer. Payments are made to PR Design.
- Approved business and government accounts may be offered invoice terms at our discretion.
Artwork and Proofs
- You'll receive a digital proof before anything is printed. Production starts only after you approve it in writing.
- Please check your proof carefully, including spelling, numbers, barcodes and data. Once approved, you're responsible for the content shown.
- Colours on screen can differ from printed colours. We print in CMYK and match colours as closely as possible.
- Barcodes print in black on a white or light background so they scan reliably.
- You confirm you have the right to use all logos, images and text you supply.
Production and Delivery
- Turnaround times are estimates that start from proof approval and payment, and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
- Delivery within Australia is included unless stated otherwise. Risk passes to you on delivery.
- We deliver exactly the quantity ordered.
Our Free Reprint Guarantee
If we make a mistake, we'll reprint your order free. Tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. This doesn't cover errors that appeared on a proof you approved.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge before you approve your proof. Once production has started, custom printed orders can't be cancelled or refunded, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to reprinting the goods or refunding the amount you paid for them.
